Soil Aerators can be a very handy outdoor tool to have, but some common problems can occur if you don’t service your aerator on a regular basis, such as rusting and corrosion, which reduces the unit’s effectiveness. Aerators can also be compacted by long-term exposure to soil and debris, which could cause it to stop rotating once you turn the unit on. In addition, an aerator that is not serviced regularly will often have a shorter lifespan than one that is maintained correctly.
